Positioning

The tube is set inside the die. At the extremity two cylinders keep the sealing of the joints; one of them has also a small channel for the flowing of the fluid.

Feeding

The die is closed. Through the channel the high pressured fluid flows into the tube. The sealing cylinders can also, if necessary, push with an axial force.

Forming

Under the pressure of the fluid the tube is formed and adheres to the walls of the dies.

Ejection

The fluid returns to the normal pressure. The die opens, the sealing cylinder releases the tube which can be withdrawn from the die.
